fixed a bug related to some cvxopt solvers

A bug related to some cvxopt solvers have been fixed. That one was due to some problems with asfarray(cvxopt.base.matrix) work. I haven't observed the bug with earlier numpy/cvxopt versions, lp_1.py example had worked correctly.
